BCM 50 Voicemail answering all calls to General Delivery Mail Box

Have a client with a BCM 50 that recently started acting "funny"
The system is answering on 0 rings on all lines with the General Delivery Mail Box> I need to get in to the system programming, is there pass codes to get into the system or is a laptop required to do the programming changes?
