Recently installed a BCM50 2.0, 2 Expansion Modules running PRI T1 with a DSM32. We have had a problem with the Voice Mail / Automated Attendant ceasing to function. Callers get ring no answer to the main line or on DID's assigned to individual users. This has happened 3 times and each time we reboot the system and everything comes back up.
Any ideas what might be causing this problem or how we could reactivate the voice mail without rebooting and dropping all the calls?
