BCM 50 VM Issue

I feel like I can't get a break today with all the weirdness going on.

I got a BCM 50 R2.0. The users are trying to log into their voicemail but just get a blank screen and disconnect. AA is not answering either. I tried dialing remotely becuase it sounded like something was locking up the VM or a full mailbox but when I tried to access the reports on CP Manager I got a server error. This is not the first time this happened. I had to reboot the system the last time to get it to come back up. I'm pretty sure the system is patched up. Has anyone else had this issue? What was the resolution? Thanks in advance

i have a system with the similar problem. disconnected from the system from their network, so far so good.
 
I had this same issue last week on a new 3.0 installation.
 
Make sure that you have the latest patches installed on the unit. There was an ossue with the Call Pilot locking up and there is a patch for that.
 
Do a reboot to see if that clears it and if it happens again get you Vendor involved.
