BCM-50 VM CLID shows partial number

I have a use that is reporting that they only see a partial CLID on thier BCM-50 telephone set when reviewing their voicemail box. CLID was reported to work fine on inbound calls showing the entire number. the issue seems to be only on the voicemail side. Please advise a fix that would resolve the partial voicemail CLID if possible. Thank you

It may depend on the type of lines .
Could be pots lines with no clid on a particular line.

What software version is the bcm50.

My advice us to apply the latest SU update for the system as there are many bug fixes for clid issues.
