Sounds about right for the upgrade.
Do backup first in case it fails so as you can do a factory reset.
Also allow an extra hour to apply the Rel6 image file when upgrade is completed.
This takes an hour to do.
Allow time to apply the patches as well including reboot time.
Then allow for new Backup after rel6 upgrade as the old backup is now useless
you can be looking at 4 hours by the time your are finished.

I would go with Snowman's 4 hours. Anybody who says they do these in 2 hours is either losing money or cutting corners & not fully patching & applying the Factory Image. Failure to apply the factory image could come back to bite you if you ever have to do a factory reset.
