Does anyone have a step by step guide on how to implement this feature.
My customer bought 8 seats for thier BCM 50 and I have never installed this before.

It SHOULD be pretty easy. You just download the client from the bcm and install it on the pc. When installing, it asks for the mailbox number and the BCM address. Reset outlook (or whatever client you're using) and when it restarts it will ask for the mailbox password. Thats it. I would say about 3% of the time there is an application on the PC that conflicts with it.

Sometimes I have had issues where some of the end users laptops will install perfectly and others will not. I have to create an IMAP file.

Then I can GET the messages, but not reply or create a new CP message. I cannot find a commonality with the laptops either.... New/ Old.... Vista/ XP Pro/ 98..... HP/ Dell etc.

Any one heard of this and/ or know the fix? I am running BCM400 4.0 software.
