BCM 50 unified comm issue with outlook 2013 all current patches

I am having issues with the unified desktop messaging and outlook 2013. BCM 450 has 6.0 software and I did load the patches

Sorry the issue is its not working . it will load and i see the icon in outlook but it never emails

the error i get is

Microsoft outlook

the set of folders cannot be opened.An unexpected errror has occured.Mapi was unable to load the info service nmdcms.dll.

Having a similar issue even after loading BCM450.R600.CALLPILOTDESKTOPMESSAGING-126. Anyone have any advice?
