BCM 50 two sites - 4 digit dialing

What do I need as far as hardware/licensing to allow 3 or 4 digit dialing over the WAN between these BCM's?

You need VoIP trunks (licenses) as well as an MCDN license.

You don't need MCDN for just 4 digit dialing between sites. MCDN certainly gives you more flexibility but you don't need it.
