BCM 50 TRUNK LOCK UP ...........

I have a new customer that has a on-going issue with one of their co lines-(copper-analog) locking up.The only way it will free up is to power cycle the BCM.
Any known issue's?
What is the solution?
Patches?

On early BCM50 v1, there was a patch for the 4 integrated co trunk which routinely lock up about once a month .

That's the patch you need "BCM050[1].158-SU3-1.4-1.0" it includes all patches related to trunk problems and more. Ask your vendor.

Sounds silly, but make sure the disconnect supervision is turned on for each line. When this isn't turned on strange things happen...lol

I had that same issue. Forgot the Supervision, and it was not turned on in the DMS10.

Turned on my side, just to have it lock up again, had gsa turn it on their side. Haven't had an issue since.
