Can the internal autodial button on a KEO be used?

Attendant receives and answers caller, Attendant presses the Transfer-to-Voicemial button (F983), can the internal auto dial button be pressed to access the users mailbox, or does the Attendant need to input the users mailbox manually?

Ive never been able to make that work before, I will be interested to see how it works for you. I have always had to manualy enter the extension number...

Me too ... gonna try and let me know if it's work for you @IPDA

I think you have to designate the KEM as a CAP to be able to transfer the way you describe. Been a while but I did get one to work that way a while back.

Telcodog, your saying you have done this before ? I've never seen a system except a auto dial to xfer to vmail. Then again I don't remember trying it with a kim either so...
