BCM 50 to Cisco CallManager using H323

I'm trying to connect a BCM50 to a Cisco CallManager using an H323 trunk.
The configuration works perfectly if the call is initiated from the BCM50 side.
However, if the call is initiated from the Cisco side, there is no audio.
I can hear and interact with the BCM50's IVR/auto-attendant but after the call is transferred
and the dialed phone answers, there is no audio from either side.

Let me know if anybody has had any experience with this configuration.
