BCM 50 STUCK INTO RESET LEVEL 1 MODE

Hi My BCM 50 is stuck into reset level 1 mode.The power led is steady red and status led is steady yellow. Is there a procedure to fix this problem.

Did you try to do a Level 1 and it is stuck or is this something that just happened?

Hi, I tried doing the level 1 reset and it got stuck in that mode.

Yep, its just cycling solid yellow \yellow then solid red\yellow.

Try a level 2 reset.

The system leds doesn't blink for me to push the reset switch.

Was the system working ok before you did the level 1 reset.
OR
were the phones flashing all leds and you then decided to do a reset.

If the system was flashing before your reset then the HARD DRIVE has failed.
Replace your system.

Hey Snowman,

I have installed the drive in another bcm that I have in the lab and it worked ok. The issue is that the leds don't flash for me to press the switch to initiate level 1 or 2 reset.
