I have 12 BCM 50 running 3.0 software. They have not been patched since install 3 years ago. Each unit has 10-12 1 2002 IP Phones. The units have analog pots lines using an GATM 8 expansion module.
The BCM have been running great but recently a few of the BCMs stop working. They cannot be pinged on the network and the Phones cannot reach the server. Since the units are remote, i have someone power re-set the units and they come back into operation. Has anyone else experienced this and has a solution? Thanks
