Hi,
I am new to using BCM50 Manager and have been hit by a big problem today. I noticed an alarm came up saying Alarm 75, this has now gone and it went to Alarm 44. It now says that the number of alarms has been exceeded. I can no longer call externally or receive external calls. Internal calls all work fine. Is there any way to clear the alarms and reset the system ? I found an option to a cold reset but I don't want to lose all the current phone numbers etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Dont do a cold reset. You should call your carrier. The errors that you are getting arefrom the T1 circuit. Most of the time those alarms are generated by an issue with the circuit. I would have your carrier look at it.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
