i have a customer that wants too hook up a softphone to his laptop. he has the keycodes for system to have it. but dont really know how to connect the softphone up to be able to connect up to the system through the ip. can someone please help me with this or someone have the instructions on how too hook it up. also do i have to disable the firewall to make it work? please help if u can

If just on the BCM, then just load an IP Client Keycode on the BCM.
