Trying to add an I.P. phone to a BCM 50, I have 1 license and only need to add 1 phone. The error I am getting is
"Server: No Ports Left"
Any ideas?

Looks good but not sure if I can move resources around on a BCM50. Any idea how to do that?

That usually means no key code or need more.
Look in Keycodes and do you see an IP Client licence?

he needs to allocate the resources... this may require vendor assistance

also how many total IP phones do you have already... the bcm50 can only have 32 IP phones

I only have 1 client license and only trying to get 1 I.P. phone working. No I.P. trunking involved.

Phoneguy610, I actually am the vendor, been working with Nortel for 15 years. Just don't know how to allocate ports on a BCM50.

Everyone,\I have no idea how I can be out resources... Not actually using any so why are mt I.P. ports used. I am starting to think possible corruption.
How can I delegate resources????????

have you checked the keycode file to see if an ip client licence has been added.
If there is no keycode applied then you get no ports left

Also has registration been switched on.

Recoures- ip clients-

bottom off screen opens up
.
Check first screen 'tick box' for Enable Registration
