BCM 50 rls 3 CCR

CCR tree picks up; if caller does nothing the call times out and plays home menu 0 again (without the greeting). If caller does nothing a second time it rings x221 - which it should be doing.
What's the prob?

there is no problem, thats what its suppose to do.

If you want the ccr to go directly to 221 if the caller does nothing,
and not return to the ccr to repeat the message then you can disable that facility.

Go to AA-general properties- repeat ccr menu promp.
Untick the box.

If this is not what you want then can you explain what it is you require.

Didn't know; been installing star talks and call pilots since the mid 90's. Didnt even do that for a BCM 50 rls 1; it was always a default option I never had to program.
When did this change occur?

a patch came out on rel2 systems last year
