BCM 50 rls 3.0 cannot backup

When trying to backup using a schedule it will fail, it will also fail if it is done manually. Have tried to backup to my computer, usb drive(fat 32) and an FTP site. I can do this on a BCM 400 4.0 no problem but having issue with BCM 50 rls 3.0

Remove your old element manager and download the one off of the 50 and install it.

agreed or download the latest one provided on Nortel`s website..

Did that and still no luck on running the backups on a schedule
