BCM 50 Rls 2.0 Trunks say enabling and won't enable

I have a BCM 50 RLS 2.0 with just the main cabinet. The Analog trunks will not enable. they say enabling but will never fully enable. I have disabled the trunks then renabled. I loaded all the latest patches. Any help woould be much appreciated. Thanks

Silly question ... but did you install a keycode to use the trunks?

Sillier question: dipswitches may not be default, have you hooked a POTS line to it?

You need to connect the lines. I had the same issue last week.

Just started in this field. I disable and re-enable. I tried new RJ-21 cables, a new block, new updates or patches, and did a level 2 reset and reloaded the keycodes and it still said the same thing. Basicly it's DOA. And we had to send it back to get a new one. i hope this helps.
