I have a customer that has purchased BLF for their i2004 telephones, all works well, they needed them for multiple external autodails, HOWEVER, not that they programmed their autodials, it simply shows the phone number, kinda hard to tell who you want to call cause you need to remember the number anyway, so, is there a way to "label" these autodials so they are actually useful.

As it is now, it is useless because they have alot of 800 numbers on there, and they all mush together.

Thank you in advance.

There was a thread on this within the last 2 months. Those BLFs are actually called KEMs,(for search purposes). I don't have an answer, and I don't think anyone came up with one. You can't name an External Autodial button, it's just gonna display the digits to be dialed. Let's see if anyone has got a workaround?
