Guys, I got a wild one. Hunt group and UPS metrics have never worked, the system is running very slow, I am thinking that they will need to upgrade the system. But here is the problem...Installed desktop 002 and system 004 patches as requested. Test Hunt Group Metrics after both patches had been installed and after system reboot. Same problem with Hunt Group Metrics. System showed Total Calls: 1 Overflow Calls: 5 and Abandoned Total:65532 Abandoned Avg%:65136. UPS Metrics shows we have had 68 power outages, all at the same exact time of day. Upgraded Element Manager to 2.44.0, still no difference in erroneous Hunt Group statistics. Anyone seen this??
