I have a customer with a BCM 50 software version 2.0. She says the ringing is very long on the main line. Is there something in the programming I can check to fix this?
Do you mean that the cadence (ring tone) is too long?
Or do you mean that the phone rings too long before someone answers the call if she does not answer?
Or do you mean that if she is on the phone, that it rings too long before the unanswered caller goes to an Auto Attendant?
