I currently have a couple of BCM 50's set up on my customers network. Remote access is set up with IP. I now have to remove the BCM 50s from the network and provide remote dial up access to these systems. I have two questions regarding setting remote dial up access up.

1. I believe I will need to use a USB modem for this. Is this correct?

2. Can you do dial up from the BCM Element Manager?

Thanks for any responses.

Dave

BCM 50's come with a modem built in. You need to set up a remote network dial-up connection to the bcm, then you can connect to the bcm with element manager.
