Problem just started: I have got a PRI going into my BCM-50 rel 3 software version 6.0.2.05.237".
I have my first target line #125 going to Three different extensions:221,222,232. This is the main number. These three phones have three intercom buttons each and the target line is just set to ring on each set, not appear and ring. this has worked fine since installation. just starting this past week when you have a call come on intercom 1 the next calls dont ring up on the phone anymore to the next intercoms in succession, but the two other phones ring. When I took ext.222 and 232 out from recieving calls from line 125 then the 2nd call into the system would not be heard and go to the auto attendant after the 6 rings. I powered down the system and found it worked properly again about 4 times and then would do the same. When I was on intercom 3 on 221 I could call the phone and answer on intercom 1, but still could not call again to intercom 2. I powered down again and it worked again for a while. I dont believe this is a patch issue since everything was right for the last 6 months after install.
Any ideas on what to do it would be most appreciated!
