BCM-50 release 3

Problem just started: I have got a PRI going into my BCM-50 rel 3 software version 6.0.2.05.237".
I have my first target line #125 going to Three different extensions:221,222,232. This is the main number. These three phones have three intercom buttons each and the target line is just set to ring on each set, not appear and ring. this has worked fine since installation. just starting this past week when you have a call come on intercom 1 the next calls dont ring up on the phone anymore to the next intercoms in succession, but the two other phones ring. When I took ext.222 and 232 out from recieving calls from line 125 then the 2nd call into the system would not be heard and go to the auto attendant after the 6 rings. I powered down the system and found it worked properly again about 4 times and then would do the same. When I was on intercom 3 on 221 I could call the phone and answer on intercom 1, but still could not call again to intercom 2. I powered down again and it worked again for a while. I dont believe this is a patch issue since everything was right for the last 6 months after install.

Any ideas on what to do it would be most appreciated!

On each set make the lines appear under line assignment 3 times each.

After adding the line three times I realize my other DID numbers are doing the same thing. Could I have some kind of curruption? If I do what route should I take next?

Is the system fully patched?

Not saying it'll definitely fix your problem but it's a start. Try loading the latest SU patch.

If you assign a did to a set to appear and ring the prime set for the target line can be the set extention number.

Try using Appearances.
Terms$Sets/Line Assingment/Show Target 125/Make it Ring Only/ then press Show again to get to Appearances...set it to 3.

I ve got the target lines working to appear and ring now 3X
Although I want to get the system working back the way it was. When I power down and restart it works right for about 6 calls then quits and does the same thing again not hunting up the intercoms.

Make sure DND on busy is unticked in capabilites for each of the extns to allow multiple calls at the extns.

I forgot to mention there is an issue with hunt groups and intercom button locking up.
Its resolved in latest su patches.
SO download and install patches

appreciate all your help sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have no DND checked and I am not using hunt groups. I am starting to think that this is corruption!

I just added the latest patch with no change, but what I worked out I was able to go from appear and ring to ring and kept the setting at 3 so now it hunts up the 3 intercom
buttons. You cannot go to ring only and change the number from 1 to anything but I was able to go from appear and ring 3X's to ring only 3X's. This worked, go figure.
