I've got a BCM where no matter what I do, I can't get the IP Music to play. I've run into this issue a couple of times on different Rel 3 systems and usually the customer ends up hooking up a CD player or an IPod. I'd really like to know what the deal is though. I know that the file is good because I can get the same file to play on a different Rel 3 system.

Has anyone else run into this or have any idea how to fix it?

Thanks!

What's the difference between the bcm 3.0 that do work and the ones that are not? Are they patched the same?

Go to Applications -> Music and change Music Source from Music Manager to Audio Jack, wait 10 secs, then change it back to Music Manager. Click on Launch Music Manager which will launch BCMAmp, stop and start your music file and that usually does the trick.

Thanks for the info, I tried that but it's still not working. Very strange.

Do you expect the IP Music to just start working, or are you loading WAV files into the BCM?
