Has anyone run into the problem of a BCM 50 rebooting itself? I have a customer that has been rebooting once a week on its own. I don't see anything in the alarm table except the fact that the system has rebooted. Any ideas??

Samething happens to us sometime twice/thrice a week. I found E drive was full. I deleted the log files and old backup files. After that It seems to be fine.

does anyone know if it creates a log file mentioning the specific reason of the reboot?

Can you tell me how I can view the E drive remotely to look at the files and logs to see if this is my problem? Sorry, BCM 50 rookie here.

You can telnet to the BCM.
Choose Option 7. Then you can use DOS commands from there.

These options are for BCM400 (rel 3.0.1). This is what we are using. I am not sure if same would work for BCM50.

Hope this helps.
