BCM 50 reboot

I have a BCM 50 3.0 that keeps rebooting. I replaced the harddrive, installed patches. Still reboots. Replaced external power supply and moved to different outlet and a battery back up. Still reboots nearly once a day. The alarms seem to indicate that power was lost and it rebooted. Any common items I should focus on now? We haven't done a factory reset and reprogram from scratch yet, to see if it is a file corruption. Any advice would be great.

If you have a spare ATA cable replace the suspect.

I don't think it's patch or hard disk related. Check that your fan is running OK. Also have the BCM Monitor running and check the the far right tab is selected to see the usage indicators in case there are memory errors. It might well be a problem with the Motherboard.

The steps done so far are good.
