BCM 50 Real time clock on system not working correctly

I have a customer that is getting a Red light on nortel Feature code - tech reset system and went back to green. This is on a BCM 50. Then red alarm light came back on.
I had my tech perform a level 1 reset and still Red light is comming back with "Error 6010" Anyone got an idea how to clear this alarm?
 
That is a Modem Call Control Alarm. You could try disabling and enabling the modem
