BCM 50 RCC

Hi All.

By default on the BCM 50 there is the ability to print a full call report by day (using Activity Reporter Basic)is there a RCC report that show the same information?

The only report that shows CLID is the "abandonned calls with CLID" that gives you all the abandonned calls with the time they waited before they hangup and the CLID information.

Thanks for the answer, is there any type of report that would give us the same type of thing, even if it is a different package.
