BCM-50 Random lines show "in use" when they are not

I've been experiencing a very annoying problem with our recently installed BCM50. Ramdomly, lines show "in use by xxx" and won't release. I have all lines set as Supervised so I don't know what the problem is. Usually I reboot the system and it corrects but I would hate to unplug it every time this happens. It's happened about perhaps 10 times since it was installed it in January.

What other setting can I check when this happens? Is there a way to disable and enable the line without having to reboot the system? What could be causing the problem?

Is the system up to date w/ patches? If not start w/ that.

Also you need to make sure that Telco has Supervision turned on.
