I have a customer that wants to access several of his BCM's via a dial-up like the RAD in a Norstar. They are telling me an IP connection is out of the question, must be a dial-in. Is there a way to do this? I saw dial-in for a user to log in, but no way of using Element Manager to remote dial-in for programming.

The BCM50 has a softmodem that can be used to dial into.

I had used it a couple days ago when the power was out at my house and I needed to access something from the office. While I was using the dialup connection, I also tried Element Manager and it worked fine (abit a little slow) while on the connection.

If you go to Resources > Dial Up Interfaces > Modem Dial-in Parameters, you can enable the modem and assign the DN the modem will be respond to (which then you can access by configuring the modem to answer a line, or through the Automated Attendant).

You then just set up a standard Dial-Up connection on a remote computer and connect in. You will receive an IP addres and then use Element Manager to connect in. As I said, it's not as quick as a broadband / LAN connection, but it's still usable.
