What is the easiest way to let nosey IT guys in admin without giving up "setnna" or manager pass? On MICS/CICS we could only give them "admin" so they could'nt mess up too much. They were used to old config on 824. Thanks!

You need to setup another account and give it the rights you wish.
It is a different beast so you might give a little more power then before.

As Curly has suggested, try starting off with a new user account and password and try different "Group Membership" settings. I set up an account with SBA - Basic, BCM Monitor and Remote Access and found that there was nothing that you could really do in Element Manager.

I also gave the account Guests access, but that allowed me to make extension changes. Best to play with the settings.

All the best
