BCM 50 R5 Meet Me conference

recently i had upload the key code for meet me conference for 6 ports ,i have 4 PSTN lines and 4 VOIP lines connected as external lines by ATA and i set the configuration for the conference , but when calling from external PSTN or VOIP lines i cant join to the conference and tell me that routing information configured for this call is not valid >>>>>>>

please does any one had configured the Meet me conference on POTS line not DID lines >>>

The problem had been solved , thanks to my god not any body else ,
when i had changed the trunk mode for the active physical lines from unsupervised to supervised
