BCM 50 R5.0 Unified Messaging Issue

We have a BCM 50 R5.0 with Call Pilot and unified messaging to a Windows 7 Lap Top. My voice mail messages are not showing the attached messages any more. For the past year I was getting the attachment but as of today this is the message I am getting. By the way my fax messages show up fine. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you upgrade or otherwise change your browser? Antivirus or anti-spyware software? It sounds like your browser is 'protecting' you from a file with an extension it doesn't trust.

That is exactly what happened. I had to remove UM and reinstall it with windows 7 recommended provisions and now it works.
