BCM 50 r3, key codes 2

I have a BCM 50 release 3, I generated the key codes and tried to load them into the BCM. Nothing happens, it doesn't even try to load. I have tried to manually load them. I called Nortel, they "re-hashed" the keycodes and sent them to engineers in the KRS department. They say the key codes are fine. Nortel has escalated the issue. I am starting to wonder if the BCM 50 is the problem. Any thoughts?

I put the key codes back in manually for the third time and they took. I must have fat-fingered something.

Also make sure that you have the newest release of Element Manager. Older versions will not download the keycodes to the system

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

I agree with CTCINY, if you changed the EM version on the system, you will have to update/install your new EM. Seen this happen a few times.
