one of the power supplies went bad and I replaced it and the ti will not come back up when I link the expansion module to the main ksu all lights flashing except for 1st 2 green lights.Replaced module and ti card IDEAS?

Found it, replaced a bad t1 card with another bad t1 card, changed
it again and it finally booted up...Thanks
