BCM 50 r3.0 set Templates

can anyone explain or point me in the specific direction to find out how to use the template heading under sets in the element manager. i'm trying to set up a bunch of users and thought this may be a faster and easier way to do it.

i learned that it only works on a 450.

As far as i am aware, it is not to be used/modified on the BCM50
