I have a customer who is forwarding his (DID corresponds to extension number) extension to his cell phone. If I call his extension from another phone or if I dial it seven digit from another phone the call completes. However, if I call 7-digit his number from another cell phone, the call gives me dial tone upon completion of the out-pulsed digits. I've searched Nortel's site for any known issues, but no luck. Anyone know of any patches or issues, please help.
