BCM 50 R1 with call pilot problem.

The problem is that when accessing call pilot via element manager instead of going to the web page it goes to the "c prompt .Apart from reinstalling the call pilot any ideas?

Create a favorite in your web browser that looks like this;
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\callpilotmanager where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is your bcm Ip Adress.
