Hi All

I have a strange problem with one of the BCM50.
The unit was working fine for few days, it is a new installation.

We had installed 1 PSTN line and it was working fine, but because the whole installation was not finished, we left only 1 line connected to the system for testing.

After few days, all the sets installed started ringing on all lines, without any call comming to the lines. If the line is picked up, it is dropped and again the line starts ringing again. If the system is restarted it will be normal for 5-10 minutes and again it will start to do the same.

What can be done?

Yes external analog lines were on the BCM 50r1.
Try a different port. The R1 had problems with analog lines blowing the port/s there was something you could put between the line and BCM not sure if it's still avaliable since r1 is not supported and old. Now it is R6.
