We have a customer that uploaded a wav file into the system. The volume is cranked, they converted the file by decreasing the db's on the original file. Whent they play the original file they barly hear it. Now when they upload it back to the BCM it amplifies the files again and cranks the sound. Can we turn the self amplifier off on the system or adjust the volume?
