BCM 50 R 5.0

With the new 5.0 they built an applications launcher which requires java 6 update 15 or better. My question is how do you download a local version of Element manager to your pc? It looks like all you can do is launch the application off the BCM and you cannot download it. Right now I've deleted all versions off my machine and I need to get one back on so I can work on the other bcm's in my network.
