I have a BCM 50 R3 with expansion cabinet. We have a 16 dsm in the expansion cabinet and 3 co trunks on the main cabinet. No digital stations will work on the main cabinet, is that normal? Is that a licensing matter?

I believe you should have 12 ports digital and 4 ports analog off the main cabinet. Ports 1-12 digital, 13-16 analog.

maybe a bad switch tail, then.

thank you.

You have to have the license still

It was a sales thing....back then it was cheaper to get an Expansion Key code, Exp Cabinet and a DSM module rather then keycodes to open up the 12 digital station ports.

Check your keycodes on the BCM and you will see Int Digital Sets = 0

Remember that they terminate to the last part of the 25 pair as well.
