BCM 50 question 2

I have inherited a BCM50 with 2 expansions that I am able to access programming via the OAM port but it has a lot of previous programming that I do not need.
Can I default the BCM programming only as well as the Call Pilot? I have looked in my BCM manual but cannot seem to locate this procedure..any help greatly appreciated.

There is an option under the admin I believe that lets you reset the entire system. But if you do this you will have to reprogram the entire switch.

look in the docs under cold reset. you will find the proper prcedure there!

administration >utilities>reset : choose cold reset telephony services ,then change the region.....and it will be default
