BCM 50 patch problem

I have a BCM 50 R2.0 that I patched with R200.038 and nothing else. Now I can see any of the telephony settings using Element Manager without getting a "general detail error" or a blank screen and I can't remove the patch. Someone please tell me that there's a patch to fix the patch.

try doing a level 2 reset on the system or even a level 3

that will get rid of all patch

please note, if you do a level 3 reset it will get rid of all your keycodes aswell !!!!

i think it is on page 166 of the config and admin

Had this problem recently. If I recall the patch you loaded is the core patch and if you read the instructions carefully I'm pretty sure it required the OAM patch first. Install the OAM patch and all should be good.

I ended up doing a level 2 reset to get rid of the patch. Luckily I was able to get a backup before I did this and was able to restore without any problems.
