There are plenty of threads on this over the past few years.
The main one is to contact Avaya support and get them to generate you a one day only high level account to reset the "nnadmin" account.
The second way is to carry out a level 2 reset and default your BCM to "day 1" again and reprogram it from scratch or use a backup that may have been done. You will also need to have a copy of the keycodes.
If however, you only require to do basic programming such as pickup groups, names, speed dial etc, then it's possible to try and see if you can access the BCM via the "telset" terminal tool.
