BCM 50, park & retieve 1

I try to park a call (F74), it is on a PRI, and it shows denied in admin. I am not sure what I am missing. Any ideas?

You probably don't have a designated Park Code. It comes default at 1, maybe you chose your DNs to begin with 1xx.

You're not putting the line on hold first, are you?

Just hit Park when on the call, It should show you the "parked slot number.

To retrieve just hit Intercom & the 3 digit parcked number.
 
Thank you Dewey and Steven. My extensions do start with 1. I will try to change the park code later today.
 
I changed the Park code to 7, worked perfectly. Thank you.
