I have these problems at a site where we installed a BCM 50 R3 where we get an alarm stating "Packet Loss Violation Warning: 2%, nearDN: 8500, source IP: 172.17.10.156, source port: 51006, destination IP: 172.17.10.235, destination port: 51000, ct 18, eT D, nLR 662, dR 0, bD 668, bL 7280, gD 0, gL 60, eSD 30, aNL 0, aSP 0, rTT 614 "

There are 15 IP phone on the network leasing ip addressing from another DHCP device.

I also say an alarm stating " Internal Temperature Sensor 1 Reached Critical Value 60.25.C" the about 3 mins after " Remote Temperature sensor 1 Recovered

What exactly is your question?

Those messages are pretty clear. Sounds like you have some bad wiring or switch configuration between the phone and the BCM for the packetloss issue. It's not on VPN or over a WAN connection is it?

Temperature is high in the second alarm. Nothing mysterious there. Make sure the fans are spinning, have clear airflow, and the ambient temperature of the room is not too hot.
