BCM 50 One line directly to user VM

I have a BCM 50 with multiple lines. I want line four to go to a user mailbox Ext 221 at 6 rings (this already works), at night I want it to go directly to the mailbox (100). I tried setting up a AA and CCR but get the AA canned greeting before the mailbox transfer.

Can I get a direct transfer on night mode to a vm-box?

No I have the general delivery mailbox (100) assigned to extension 221. I worded it incorrectly.
I would like a delayed transfer to VM during the day and immediate at night, without any AA messages before transfering if possible.
I have other BCM 50 issues but this seamingly simple one is difficult right now.
