I just installed a BCM 50 in a remote location w/Tie lines (2 channels on the T-1)going to the main site. There are three other sites using tie lines to the main site and they were in place prior to the installation of the BCM 50. These sites are working fine, they can call each other, call the main site and call the new site. However the new site can call(4 digits)the main site but when you go to call the other sites your get a busy(intercom, dail 4 digits, busy tone). The other sites including the main site have MICSs.The BCM 50 is only at the new site. Any thoughts or solutions to my problem.

I can't help you with the specifics, But I installed PRI on a multisite Option 11's. And you have to specify (thinking in the routes?) that hte numbers of the other sites use the same lines (being the t1 lines) as the would for the main site. The main site should already have the routes for the other site, so that wouldn't need adjusting.
eg:
[New] ---- [Main] ---- [Other]
[DN3***] ---- [DN4***] ---- [DN5***]

So in this case, you need to configure the 5*** to route over the same lines as 4*** does.

Hope this gives you an idea on where to look

I believe u said that u can call the main fine. Just make sure you have your route, dest code, and target lines set up and you should be good to go.

What are your current set up on all sites concerning routes, destination codes, public , private , remote access , filter etc ?

It is tough to help without these info

Thanks,
